Garrett's Story...
This is Garrett, or Gary for short. He joined BP in May of 2016. Looking at his tail, he may be a tabby in disguise who forgot cover up his tail.

This sweet boy, who turned 1 year old in October, loves to lounge in a warm spot for a nap just as much as he likes to play, skidding across the floor. He is an expert biscuit maker and a purrer par excellence, who loves to nose- or head-butt his human foster for attention.

He gets along with other kitties and has no problems being around dogs.

To adopt him please email us at contactbpcr@gmail.com
or fill out an application at http://www.buddiesplacecatrescue.org

  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Arlington/Ft Worth breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Arlington/Ft Worth paves the way for another one to be saved.
