Bonnie's Story...
Meet miss Bonnie! This lovely tortoiseshell lady was found as a stray in a local apartment complex. She is so affectionate and a total beauty, we can't believe no one came looking for her! Bonnie loves her people, preferring to brush against your legs and have her cheeks rubbed. She would greatly prefer to be an only cat, but could live with other felines if given time to adjust.

Bonnie is just a year old and was previously spayed. She has received her annual vaccinations, tested FIV/FeLV negative and was also microchipped. Her adoption fee has also been reduced to $40. If you're looking for a sweet and sassy princess, stop by to meet Bonnie!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bonnie, a Germantown Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Germantown, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Germantown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Germantown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Germantown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Germantown paves the way for another one to be saved.
