Maple's Story...
Meet Maple, one of mama Nutmeg's three beautiful baby boys! This sweet family of four was scheduled for euthanasia in a high kill pound in Quebec. Mere hours before their death, KLAWS, together with our rescue partner, One Last Chance, was able to save this healthy family of brown tabbies with striking black markings.

Maple, a medium-haired, unbelievably handsome, rascal of a kitty, is now ready to find his furever peeps. This super social energetic mister is comfy with cats of all ages and sizes as well as large dogs.

Maple is one spunky kitty and is definitely the most active of Nutmeg's boys! Watching his crazy antics is truly entertaining! ❤️

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Maple, a Lindsay Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Lindsay, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in Lindsay.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lindsay already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lindsay breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lindsay paves the way for another one to be saved.
