Daisy's Story...
Daisy here, I'm a Malemute cross and I was surrendered by my owners. Not sure why, I'm great with kids, like all other breeds of dogs (big & small). Cats, I am not on good terms with. By the way the kids I lived with were 3 & 4 and I do miss them as I love kids. I enjoy walks, riding in an automobile, love the water and I'm a fast learner. I am an indoor dog, but will need a fenced yard to keep me safe. Sleep wise I like my bed and am willing to share a bedroom -:) i'm house trained and a pretty laid back girl. Looking for my forever ome.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Daisy, a Qualicum Beach Alaskan Malamute dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Alaskan Malamute for sale in Qualicum Beach, or seeking a Alaskan Malamute dog from a breeder in Qualicum Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Qualicum Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Qualicum Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Alaskan Malamute breeders who help with Alaskan Malamute rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Qualicum Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
