Ping's Story...
If you are looking for that purr-fect companion, then you just have to meet Ping!!
He is strikingly handsome and his silky black coat resembles that of a jaguar.

Ping is sweet, calm, lovable and very "talkative" .He has a bunch of different loud meows!
He is a real cuddle bug who loves to sit on the couch and watch TV with you.

He's been living with other foster cats so we know that he is great with other cats but he won't mind being the only cat either!

You will never be lonely with Ping by your side. He's a big mushy cat that just wants to be loved and have a home to call his own.

PLEASE ADOPT PING!!

He is currently in foster in North Babylon NY

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ping, a Islip Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Islip, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Islip.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Islip already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Islip breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Islip paves the way for another one to be saved.
