My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lucy is a 7 year old purebred Basset Hound that was surrendered by her elderly owner that had to move to an assisted living facility. She has been spayed and is up to date on her vaccines, heartworm and stool tests.
Lucy is very affectionate. She is housebroken and not destructive. She loves to cuddle on the couch or go for long walks.
She prefers a home without other dogs. Not sure how she would be with cats.
We are looking for a family or individual without small children that will give Lucy lots of love. A vet reference and home visit are required. Previous Basset Hound experience and a fenced yard are preferred.
