Here's what the humans have to say about me:
I am so sorry about what I am going to say but I still don't understand why people would crop any part of a dog for looks!! Rocket was on the list to get euthanized and had no chance after being abandoned by his former parent. They were moving and guess what?? They didn't want him anymore. So Rocket at first was ok when he came to the Shelter but soon realized he was going to die there. Yes pets do know it and react to it. They get scared and react by hiding or snapping. When we went to see this little guy, I felt sorry for him. At first he was nervous and scared then he started to warm up and relaxed. We brought a couple of dogs to test him and he had no issues. He has a beautiful little body and has a great personality but having ears cropped makes him intimidating.
He is a total sweetheart and has many more years to give. Rocket is his real name and I am very glad we took him in the Rescue. If you know the breed, he is the guy for you. Miniature Pincher are fun. He is four years old and weight around 10LBS
If you would like to meet him please fill out the application online at www.findahomegiveahome.com
He is up to date on everything and microchipped. His adoption fee is $200.00
Our Rescue does offer to adopters pet insurance with Embrace. The first two months only cost $1.00 then you can decide if you wish to keep going. Great way to have your little one protected!!
