Zeb's Story...
Adoption fee on this dog is $350.

We have special Requirements for Adopting a Puppy and a separate Puppy Questionnaire that must be completed on puppies. Please see our Requirements for Adopting a Puppy or EMAIL us at for more information.

Zeb is what appears to be an 8 week old male Belgian Malinois puppy. Zeb was a stray at a local shelter so we don't know much about his background.

Since Zeb is a Malinois, we could only assume that he is going to grow up to be a high energy dog that requires at least daily exercise and training.

Zeb will need a home that has another dog so he can have someone to play with and help him with social skills. Zeb needs a home that will devote many hours each day to physical and mental exercise along with training.

Experience with Malinois or German Shepherds would be a plus.

This dog is a Level 3. Please be sure you understand what a dog of this Level requires. Go to our GCGSR Dogs page for an explanation of the Dog Rating Levels.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Zeb, a Sacramento Belgian Malinois puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Belgian Malinois for sale in Sacramento, or seeking a Belgian Malinois puppy from a breeder in Sacramento.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sacramento already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sacramento breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Belgian Malinois breeders who help with Belgian Malinois rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sacramento paves the way for another one to be saved.
