Baby's Story...
Baby 19lb, 6 year old Poodle/Terrier Adoption fee $350
Mom didn't want to give me up, when she went to assisted living. So here I am, a girl  with a lot of living to do and needing a family, and maybe some doggie siblings to do it with.  I am a bit nervous about things right now, but I am getting more interested in new experiences . Of course I know how to walk on a leash and how to behave in a house.
My unique spots means that you won't see me coming or going and, of course,  I don't shed.
Dogs are vaccinated, microchipped  and spayed/neutered before adoption.
The necessary first step to inquire about any dog, is to complete the NCPR Adoption Interest Form. Once we receive the NCPR Adoption Interest Form, a volunteer will contact you promptly. We need your information to match you with the perfect companion. NorCal Poodle Rescue places dogs within northern California only.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Baby, a Walnut Creek Poodle (Miniature)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Poodle (Miniature)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Walnut Creek, or seeking a Poodle (Miniature)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Walnut Creek.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Walnut Creek already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Walnut Creek breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Poodle (Miniature)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Poodle (Miniature)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Walnut Creek paves the way for another one to be saved.
