Brewster's Story...
Hello, hello! Let me introduce myself. My name is Brewster and I'm a very handsome young dog. I'm about 2 yrs. old, 45 - 50 lbs,, friendly, social, well-mannered, house-trained, and crate-trained. Aside from that stuff, I'm also a very affectionate and lots of fun. I love children, so if you have kids, you'll want to adopt me. My foster family has two boys and I just LOVE hanging out with them and their friends. Oh, and I just love my foster dad! He's the best. I get along very well with my foster K9 sibling. We are very polite to one another. If truth be told, I really love people more than I like other dogs. I DO love to play with toys, though. Any kind will do. . If you're looking to adopt a fun, playful, loyal, and affectionate dog...consider meeting me. Please contact wagsfund@gmail.com to set up a meet and greet. Thanks.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Brewster, a Houston Blue Lacy/Texas Lacy/Retriever (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Blue Lacy/Texas Lacy/Retriever (Unknown Type) for sale in Houston, or seeking a Blue Lacy/Texas Lacy/Retriever (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Houston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Houston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Houston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Blue Lacy/Texas Lacy/Retriever (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Blue Lacy/Texas Lacy/Retriever (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Houston paves the way for another one to be saved.
