Geronimo's Info...

I am housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with cats.

Geronimo's Story...
Geronimo came to us as a stray and unfortunately was never claimed by his Owners.

He is a very energetic boy, that would love long walks or become your running buddy. He seems to know some basic commands and appears to be housetrained.
He hasn't been with us for long, but he has shown nothing but affection and a lot of WTP.

We would recommend Children over 10 years.

Geronimo's Adoption Fee is $82, which includes: Microchip, Vaccines ( Distemper & Rabies),Heartwormtest and deworming. If you're interested please call (785)239-6183! If no one answers then please leave a message! You can also contact us via email at nicole.p.storm@us.army.mil

Act quickly to adopt Geronimo. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Geronimo, a Fort Riley Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever for sale in Fort Riley, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Fort Riley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fort Riley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fort Riley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fort Riley paves the way for another one to be saved.
