Gypsy's Story...
Are you ready to fall in love? Gypsy is a tiny 4.5 year old girl at about 13 pounds. She is a sweet, silly girl that is a little shy at first but warms up to people quickly. She loves to chew on nylabones and snuggle under the covers. She is very smart and has done very well with training. We are still working on leash walking and house training but she has made great improvements with both. She can be a little nervous around new things and new experiences. She is not a fan of the vacuum or loud noises.

She is prescribed Apoquel for her skin allergies but is otherwise healthy, up to date on her shots and is spayed. Gypsy would do best in a home with calm, non-reactive dogs that would be ok with her being the queen bee.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gypsy, a Courtland Boston Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boston Terrier for sale in Courtland, or seeking a Boston Terrier dog from a breeder in Courtland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Courtland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Courtland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boston Terrier breeders who help with Boston Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Courtland paves the way for another one to be saved.
