Rags is such a handsome boy. This sweetie is 4 years old. He got away from home and wound up at the shelter on 11/19. If his owner doesn't find him at the shelter he will be available starting on 11/29. Rags is up to date with shots and will be neutered, micro-chipped, and tested for Feline AIDS/Leukemia. He is in Cage 631 and his ID is 590458.
