Quentin's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Quentin's Story...
I LOVE: attention from my people, toys (seriously...a lot of toys), playing fetch, my doggie friends, riding in the car, going on walks, hikes and romps, full body lean in hugs, for you to twirl my feathery ear furs, playing fetch!
I HAVE: a loyal and affectionate personality, great house manners and good social skills, a beautiful coat and a tail that swishes side to side when I walk, big toy drive (i would love to learn tricks and maybe even have my very own kid to throw the ball)
I GET ALONG WITH: all dogs I’ve met so far…even littles! And all people.
I WOULD RATHER NOT: live in a house with cats, they are pretty interesting to chase.
I NEED: an active home that will let me be part of the fun, lots of toys…they are one of my most favorite things, a home that will brush my beautiful furs once a week and lots of love!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Quentin, a Bastrop Labrador Retriever/Springer Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Springer Spaniel for sale in Bastrop, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Springer Spaniel dog from a breeder in Bastrop.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bastrop already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bastrop breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Springer Spaniel breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Springer Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bastrop paves the way for another one to be saved.
