Molly's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Molly's Story...
Molly is a loving sweetheart. She’s housebroken and even loves her crate. She tends to be more attached to playing with humans than our other dogs as she tends to wrestle, or more accurately, break up the other dogs’ wrestling. She’s a bit of a “mother hen” that way. So far, she has absolutely no interest in our two cats (almost completely aloof to their presence). Because of Molly’s protectiveness, she needs to know that she’s not the alpha in the house. She will certainly test that boundary. She is, however, very obedient and quick to roll onto her belly for some petting. She’s being trained to walk on a leash right now but she’s VERY strong and will need someone capable of managing an 80-lb dog that really wants to go after a squirrel.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Molly, a Manor German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Manor, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Manor.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Manor already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Manor breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Manor paves the way for another one to be saved.
