Ella's Story...
Hi there my name is Ella. They think I am part Golden and part Lab. I am young maybe a year old. I was picked up as a stray and taken to a kill shelter of all places. Luckily a rescue came and saved me. I have been living with a foster family since. I love, love, love having a family. It is really awesome to be loved. I am currently seeking a loving family that will rub my belly, scratch my ears, play with me and most of all give me treats. I LOVE TREATS!!!! I will do any thing for a treat. I really am no trouble at all. I am great with other dogs and children. I have never been around cats so I need a home with no cats. The best part, wait for it: I am house broken and crate trained!!! Yep you read it right, I am perfect. All jokes aside I really would love my very own family. I am all ready for you, I am up to date on all of my vaccinations, spay and I have a micro chip. All you have to do to bring me home is visit www.soardoggyrescue.org to fill out an adoption application for me.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ella, a Arlington Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever for sale in Arlington, or seeking a Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Arlington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Arlington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Arlington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Arlington paves the way for another one to be saved.
