My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Blind Dog Rescue Alliance will transport within reasonable distance. Gorgeous and happy Jekyll is being fostered in NJ.

This is what we know about Jekyll:
*good on car rides
*loves food! is food motivated, so highly trainable
*good with other dogs
*loves going for walks, and is excited about it!
*adores people and wants to be close to them
*completely housebroken
*has some vision, and is well adapted
*loves toys and will play alone or with a buddy

German Shepard mixes are so intelligent, and this gorgeous young boy is no exception! Jekyll learns quickly and adapts well.

This is what Jekyll's foster dad has to share about Jekyll:

Jekyll loves to run around outside with his foster brother and sisters. He is completely housebroken and takes a cranberry supplement due to previously cured urinary tract infections. Jekyll loves to be with the family. At dinner time, he will just lay down with the rest of the pack as we eat dinner. It is adorable to watch Jekyll at their dinner time…he gets so excited when he hears the food going into the bowls that he will run back and for to the different food bowls sampling a bit from each (sort of like Goldilocks and the three bears) before settling in on his bowl. Jekyll is crate trained and travels well in the car. We are still working on his excitement during walks…he loves to go on walks! At TV time, Jekyll just wants to be with you (or on you if he can – 70 pounds of pure love!) Jekyll enjoys playing with his toys both by himself and with his foster sis KoKo. He is quite happy running around and enjoying life! All Jekyll needs now is his fur-ever home!
Blind Dog Rescue Alliance has voted against the use of electric fencing effective immediately.
