Reagan's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, not good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Reagan's Story...
Reagan is a handsome 4 year old. He is a stunning Blue Dane and quite tall. He is very relaxed and looking for a lot of love. He will do best in a calm environment. He has done great with all types of dogs and energy levels. He likes to play a little and then relax in the sun. He is a good weight or could even lose a pound or two. However, he isn’t food motivated and more of a “picker” when it comes to food.

He is well mannered and will be happy to join you on the couch for a good movie. He does have a favorite blanket(s) and likes to nibble it but doesn’t eat it – very sweet. Reagan can get a bit anxious in small spaces like the vet’s office and just needs reassurance. He also does not do well with small children; he doesn’t quite understand them and they tend to upset him. As a result, he will not be placed with children under 12.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Reagan, a Manassas Great Dane dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Dane for sale in Manassas, or seeking a Great Dane dog from a breeder in Manassas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Manassas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Manassas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Dane breeders who help with Great Dane rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Manassas paves the way for another one to be saved.
