Rosco's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, a special needs pet, and up to date with shots.

Rosco's Story...
November is Adopt A Senior Pet month, so we are going to spot light Rosco. He is a senior Italian Greyhound, Rosco weighs in at only 5 pounds and is the cuddliest dog I know. He was surrendered at 11 years old when his people moved to a new home that only allows 2 pets :-( , they said their other 2 dogs were bonded. He has been well taken care of but his teeth are begining to go and he must have soft food. Rosco is house trained, doesn't require much if any grooming and doesn't care for exercise, he's the perfect couch potato! Call 941-681-3877 to meet Rosco

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rosco, a Englewood Italian Greyhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Italian Greyhound for sale in Englewood, or seeking a Italian Greyhound dog from a breeder in Englewood.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Englewood already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Englewood breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Italian Greyhound breeders who help with Italian Greyhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Englewood paves the way for another one to be saved.
