Boc's Star Wolf's Story...
Boc's Star Wolf decided he is much too handsome to be racing, so he is looking for his perfect family. All he asks from them is that they have a soft bed, treats, and love to share with him and he will give back twice as much love. He was 2 years old in July. Wolfie is such a sweet boy, he will make the lucky family that finds him the perfect furbaby. Wolfie prefers a home without cats or small dogs. If you would like to meet Wolfie or ask more questions about him please call Sue at 810-931-2802. His adoption fee of $250 covers his neuter, teeth cleaning, microchip insertion and heartworm test.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Boc's Star Wolf, a Sarasota Greyhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Greyhound for sale in Sarasota, or seeking a Greyhound dog from a breeder in Sarasota.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sarasota already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sarasota breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Greyhound breeders who help with Greyhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sarasota paves the way for another one to be saved.
