Kirby's Story...
Hi, my name is Kirby! I am a 6 year old love bug who does well with other dogs. I enjoy giving kisses and going on walks. I also enjoy cuddling. My parents could not longer keep me because their granddaughter was allergic to me, so Orphan Annie Rescue took my in and promised to find me a forever home. I have some separation anxiety, which results in me barking, trying to find my person. Because of this, I am not the right dog for an apartment or condo.

If you are interested in adopting me, please apply online at www.orphanannierescue.org.

My adoption fee is $250, which includes my neuter, shots, heartworm testing, and microchipping.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kirby, a Atlanta Pomeranian/Papillon dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pomeranian/Papillon for sale in Atlanta, or seeking a Pomeranian/Papillon dog from a breeder in Atlanta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Atlanta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Atlanta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pomeranian/Papillon breeders who help with Pomeranian/Papillon rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Atlanta paves the way for another one to be saved.
