Gregory's Story...
Gregory is a glossy all-black kitten born around the middle of September, 2016. His fur is soft and tending toward mid-length.

Gregory has an outgoing personality. He is playful, loves attention and enjoys his toys. He is okay with other cats, particularly his friends (possible litter mates) Keegan and Flynn. We do not know at this time how he is with dogs, but as he is so young he could probably learn to like them.

Gregory has been tested and is negative for FIV/FeLV. He will be neutered, fully vaccinated and micro chipped when he is old enough. Note: Any inquiries about this companion animal will only be answered after completion of an on-line application. Copy and paste the link below or go to www.dustypawsrescue.org and view all our pets available for adoption and you will be contacted by a Dusty Paws Rescue Representative within 24 hours after receipt of your application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gregory, a Castro Valley Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Castro Valley, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Castro Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Castro Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Castro Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Castro Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
