Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet and greet upon arrival!
My name is Evie, and although I had a pretty rough start, I am having the time of my life now! In August 2016 a lady found me living behind a dumpster. My skin was all messed up, I had lost almost all of my hair, I was weak, and I was really skinny. She started bringing me by some food, and then one day she came to see me and someone had poured motor oil all over me! I was hurting so badly--my skin was raw and swollen, and I was scared and miserable. Right away she loaded me into her car, took me to a vet, and that's where my life began! A week later my foster mom came to get me, and I've had great food, fresh water, medicine, vitamins, and best of all LOVE ever since! I was really nervous and unsure at first, but my foster mom and dad were very patient and kind to me. I have foster brothers and sisters that I get to romp and play with, and I get to go to the dog park now, which I LOVE! I run and run, and I love to play with toys and play tug. I know how to use a dog door, so I know I'm supposed to go potty outside. I'll go in my crate if I have to, but I don't chew on things and LOVE to stretch out on the sofa, so I can stay out even when my mom and dad go to work! My skin is really pretty now, and people have said I'm beautiful! And stunning! I'm so happy to be alive, and now I want a forever home of my own.
