Batty's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with cats.

Batty's Story...
Batty is cheerful, affectionate, playful, and outgoing. He loves people and will follow you around the house like a little dog. He purrs so loudly, you sometimes hear him before you see him. Batty knows his rights and complains sternly if his dinner is late or his person ignores him. He's good with other cats—and he'd love to be adopted together with his sister, Hattie, who is his best friend.
Approx 14 weeks old.
All of our cats and kittens are spayed or neutered prior to adoption, up to date on shots, combo tested negative for FIV/Leukemia and microchipped.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Batty, a Covington Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Covington, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Covington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Covington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Covington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Covington paves the way for another one to be saved.
