Here's what the humans have to say about me:
****ADOPTED**
Hey There. I’m Hera, a shy 7 year old little beagle girl. I used to live in a horrid puppy mill, in a tiny wire cage, until the Arizona Beagle Rescue saved me. When they got me, I was very afraid of people, but I’m learning now that people can be really great. I have a great foster family now. My foster mom tells me every day that I am safe and loved. My two foster beagle sisters have been so nice to me and they are teaching me how to be a real beagle. I am learning how to play with toys and I love to run in the yard with them. I even found my beagle voice! Aroooooo!!!!!
My foster mom says that I am one smart little beagle girl. I have that doggie door down pat and my potty training is going very well. My foster mom loves to hold me in her lap and tell me what a special little girl I am. I love it too and I usually get all comfortable and go to sleep in her arms. We could stay like that for hours! I still get scared a lot and I will need a forever family with lots of patience to help me forget that scary old life and know that the world is a great place for a beautiful little beagle girl to be. Are you that family?
