My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

MATTIEis a 6 year old spayed black female Lab who weighs 66 pounds. Abby & Mattie are a bonded pair they must be adopted together. Abby & Mattie are great dogs. They like to be with you and get petted and have attention which they haven't had a lot of lately. They both will go chase a ball or toy but Abby normally brings it back. They love to play in a kiddy pool. They like to ride though Mattie keeps asking are we there yet. They were outside dogs since they were about a year old and quickly decided living inside is much better. They would like a home where they can stretch out on dog beds and get plenty of loving. They need a yard with a physical fence as Abby like to go exploring and if she goes Maddie will go with her to lead her astray. Good with other dogs lived with Mattie have been out with other Lab Rescue dogs with no problems. Knows sit, come and sometimes down. Pulls on lead when walking with Abby better with an Easy Walk Harness. Were house trained as puppies and wait to go until they get outside. Abby & Mattie are owner give ups as owner is moving part time to Colorado and will be living in a 5th wheel trailer does not have enough room. They have been outside dogs since they were 1 year old when they got too big for his house. Owner asked us to give them a new home instead of turning them into the local shelter. I visited them and found they are very nice dogs deserving better homes than Igloo dog houses under a tarp. She is approved for kids 10+. More info soon!
