My cool name is Heiken (hi-kin)! I am one sleek little 9 month old beagle boy. I am still really young and love to act like a puppy. I was rescued from that nasty puppy mill in MO and brought here to live a wonderful life! I live with my foster siblings Delilah and Jagger. I am the youngster and boy am I learning something new everyday! Like doing my business outside. I still have a few accidents but I’m working on it! My foster parents were really impressed with how quickly I learned to go in and out of the doggy door without any coaxing. Hey I saw the other two dogs go through to the outside and I said “I’m following them”! We run and play and jump all over each other. It is really fun! I love my human sibling too. She is a 7 year old little girl who loves to carry me around and have her sit on her lap while she does her homework. I could sit on her lap all day!

I also sleep in my crate really well. I’m working on gaining some weight now that I get to eat properly so I plan to be fit and ready for love! I’m ready to come see my new forever home!
