When initially found, Karma was afraid of being petted but has made wonderful progress in that area and now loves affection and likes to give affection back. Lots of love, good-quality human companionship, playtime (she loves to play ball/fetch) and exercise will be a must for Karma in her new Forever home. Currently Karma is being fostered by a volunteer with Halfway to Home and is residing with 14 other dogs of various ages and sizes with no problems. She has learned to use a dog door and is completely house trained. Karma is being crate trained and is coming along well with that also. She is good with kids and is tolerant of cats. When Karma is thoroughly settled in her new Forever home, she will benefit from positive basic obedience training mostly for bonding purposes. Once Karma has bonded with her new owner, she will be an amazingly loyal canine companion. Karma can get over a 6-foot wood fence so she will need very secure fencing. For more information on Karma, please contact Suzanne at tele # 661-824-4495.
