Coco is around 3 Years old, Size: Medium 26-60 lbs, more towards 40-50ish pounds, walks on a leash, sat when I asked, she appears to be SUPER sweet & loving, pretty well mannered, playful, wonderful personality and is a special dog in need of a companion to love.

Dawn gave a little test by looking in Coco's mouth, pulling on her ears and tail, holding her paws and giving little kisses and hugs. Coco appeared to past the test with no problems, I LOVE THIS DOG, she's a super sweet pup with a lot of fun & love to give her new companion & family. Like all of our shelter dogs, we suggest a well fenced yard for Coco to play and be safe in. We feel she may make an outstanding fun loving family member & loyal companion . If you wish, Coco can be tested around Dogs & Cats here at the shelter.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Coco, a Grass Valley Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Hound (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Grass Valley, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Hound (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Grass Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Grass Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Grass Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Grass Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
