Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Chloe is 7 going on 8 years young, who is seeking a home where she can be a spoiled only dog. She was reported to be a golden/ poodle mix. She does shed but doesn't have the long crazy out of control hair that most doodles have so she doesn't require regular trips to the groomer. People often ask what kind of dog she is and comment on her good looks.
Chloe has plenty of energy for playing ball, swimming, being a running partner, hiking or doing a dog sport if you were so inclined to try something like agility. She also enjoys a nice leisurely walk and never tires of cuddling. She is very mellow in the house, and can usually be found lying at your feet or curled up on a dog bed. She will alert you if someone comes to the door or enters your house.
Chloe would love to have a person with whom she can spend most of her day, either at home, or out and about. For those times that she can't be with her special person, she'll happily curl up in her crate and sleep.
Chloe is capable of bonding heavily to one person, but also enjoys the company of everyone in the family. She can be somewhat insecure, and a confident, dog knowledgable human can really help her through those times.
She is a very easy dog to live with. She does well with dog friendly cats, but not other small animals. She has grown up with kids but prefers older, mellow kids, who can tell when she is uncomfortable with the situation.
Someone looking for an only dog to be their co-pilot will be very lucky to have her. She is very loyal and will return your love and kindness ten fold.
If she sounds like she might be the dog for you, let us know and we'd be more than happy to tell you everything about her.
