ARF is an all volunteer organization with three stated goals:
1. Save as many animals from being euthanized in our local pound as possible
2. Promote/sponsor an affordable spay/neuter program for citizens of Wayne County
3. Educate the public about responsible pet ownership

Our pets all live in foster homes and are available to be seen most any time by making an appointment. Contact us at the number or email address provided and you will be put in touch with that pet's foster family so that you can set a time to visit. 1. Adoption agreement containing 2 personal references is required.
2. Dog/puppy adoption fee - $125
3. Cat/kitten adoption fee - $75
