I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.
This is Jack, fawn colored Doberman (possibly mix) that was found wondering in the woods in California. He is about 2 years old. In a very short amount of time he has adjusted very quickly to his foster home and proves to have a sweet and sensitive disposition. While he still needs to gain a little more weight, he is a healthy boy now. Jack loves to play and has a gazelle prance to his run. His favorite pastime is the time spend on your lap with a loving touch. Jack gets along with other dog, is completely housetrained and would love a family environment. He’s somewhat shy, so will do best with people who are willing to give him time to become more confident. Jack needs a yard with a fence (not invisible fence) and a home where he doesn’t need to be left along regularly for many hours. (An adoption donation of $350 is required.) If you are interested in adopting this dog, please email CHEW Dog Rescue at firstname.lastname@example.org and ask for the adoption application form. If you have previously submitted an application form, there is no need to re-apply. Just let us know you're interested in this dog. We do our best to match families and dogs so everyone is pleased and the placement is permanent. We reserve the right to refuse an applicant if the home situation is incompatible with the needs of the rescue dog. Rescue is about doing our best for the dog. We do home and reference checks. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and are up to date with current vaccinations, before being placed in their forever homes.
People who are interested in adopting one of our dogs must fill out an adoption application which can be found on our website: http://www.chewdogrescue.org/Forms.html
