Loes's Story...
Loes is a sweetheart deserving a forever home. She is an imported French Brittany Spaniel. Unfortunately, at 5 months of age she was diagnosed with scoliosis as a birth defect. The vet recommended she go to a family home versus a hunting kennel and that's why her family contacted us. Loes is a beautiful 16 month old girl. She's wonderful with children, dogs, cats, and the pet pigs. She was started on hunting and has her natural ability but wasn't worked after her diagnosis. She will be prone to arthritis but so far doesn't seem to have any issues. She gets around well although she looks a little different. She's a beautiful girl inside and out. Loes deserves the perfect family that will adore her despite her disability. If interested in meeting and potentially adopting please complete the adoption application located at forbellessake.org.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Loes, a Minot Brittany dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Brittany for sale in Minot, or seeking a Brittany dog from a breeder in Minot.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Minot already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Minot breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Brittany breeders who help with Brittany rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Minot paves the way for another one to be saved.
