Stewart's Story...
Stewart is a playful boy who loves to please you. He adores an affectionate pat on the head and will jump up for hugs and kisses. Stewart was very depressed in his shelter and never smiled but he's been great since he got to CT! He loves large dogs and older kids since younger ones occasionally make him nervous. He's not a barker and loves all toys. He's a keeper.

This pup is great with kids age 10+ nd other dogs his own size (NO small dogs). No cats! Fully vetted which means: altered, rabies, distemper, bordetella, heart worm test, fecal test, dewormed and microchip.
Adoption fee is $385.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Stewart, a Middlebury Rottweiler dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rottweiler for sale in Middlebury, or seeking a Rottweiler dog from a breeder in Middlebury.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Middlebury already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Middlebury breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rottweiler breeders who help with Rottweiler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Middlebury paves the way for another one to be saved.
