I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.
Onyx is a super sweet lab mix that was at the shelter for over 5 months. We pulled her to save her life. We do not know why she was continuously overlooked for adoption. We think she is just adorable! She looks like a miniature English Lab. Onyx is super sweet and loves to meet all the neighbors when we go for walks. She is up to date on all shots has been spayed and is on monthly heartworm prevention. Onyx has a great personality. She is snuggly, but is also fun loving and wants to play and go for long walks! She does love her walks so that is something you will need to continue if approved for adoption.
We are a small group of people that work full time at "normal" jobs, but we also feel in our hearts that we want to make a difference. Each of us have multiple pets and we just want to share our love with the pets that other people discard for one reason or another. We want to show that abandoned, lost or hurt dog that there is still love in the world and we can find it for them.
Come Meet Our Pets...
We do most of our adoptions on line, but do attend Petsmart on Saturdays. Not all of our pets are ready to come to Petsmart so even if our pets are not there, we will be there to take applications or to show you our book of pets that are available.
Our Adoption Process...
Our adoption process is similar to other Rescue groups. You will need to fill out an adoption application, provide a vet reference and tell us a little about yourself and why you want to adopt a rescue dog. Our adoption fees are $200 which includes all age appropriate vaccines, heartworm testing/heartworm free, wormings and spay or neutering of the dog. Senior dog adoption fees may be waived depending on the age and health of the dog.
