My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Boomer is a toy, Yorkshire Terrier about 2-3 years in age. He is a little guy, weighing just 6 ½ lbs. Boomer is a handsome boy with tan and black coloring and has a steel gray dusting of fur when his black hair on his back grows out. Boomer is super smart, perky and an adorable little clown. He absolutely loves to play and is very active. He came to us from a shelter where he entered with a dislocated hip and needed surgery. He immediately had a FHO (femoral head operation). He needs to refrain from jumping and running up and down stairs for 5 months. He would do best in a home without young children so his activity can be supervised. Boomer thoroughly enjoys the company of other dogs. He has a sassy bounce to his step and gets all cute and excited when you talk to him and give him attention. He is very social and friendly. Boomer is a vocal little dog with a loud squeal and bark so he would do best in a home without shared walls or close neighbors. Boomer rides nicely in the car and is well behaved in public. He is a wonderful little dog with an outgoing, friendly personality. Boomer is ready for his new forever home today!
