Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Happy to meet ya! My name is Rufus! I’m a 2-year-old, 45-pound love machine! Technically I’m a Boxer/Bulldog, but I think that Love Machine fits me better! I was abandoned by my previous owners and left to fend for myself down in KY. Even though all I wanted was someone to love, the kids in the neighborhood weren’t very nice to me and would throw rocks at me. One day a rock hit me in the eye and now I’m blind in that eye. But even though humans haven’t been very kind to me, I still love and adore everyone I meet.
I enjoy toy ropes- throwing them around and whipping them across room. I also enjoy long walks on the beach and candlelight dinners…..wait sorry I was thinking of a cute girl dog I met the other day! Ok focus Rufus….. I can be head shy on my right side since I can’t see out of my eye but it’s just for a moment until I get my bearings and then I’m peachy keen! Oh and like most bigger dogs I secretly think I really only weight 10 pounds and therefore I’m a pro at being a lap dog. I also take a great Dogfie (dog language for selfie). #awesome!
