Meet Poppy, our persian mix kitten!
This adorable little sprite would charm even the Grinch. Poppy is precious and fearless. She doesn't know she's small! She has been known to pounce on the big cats and puff up her fur to show them who is boss! She is as sweet as the is mischievous. After a hard playtime, she likes to cuddle up on your lap for a nap. Her fur is long and luxurious, leading us to believe she has Persian ancestry. She would be happy in any home. Kids, dogs and cats are no problem for her. Her Christmas wish is for her very own people. She will even fit into your Christmas stocking!

Sorry, we do not ship our cats or provide any transportation. All potential adopters should reside in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, New Mexico, or Louisiana. We will not adopt outside of those states.
Who We Are: We are a private rescue and privately funded. WE ARE NOT A SHELTER, BUT A RESCUE. A rescue is a PRIVATE HOME and not a public place to visit. Adopters must make appointments prior to visiting foster homes. All of our cats are spayed/neutered, FIV/FELV tested, wormed, de-fleaed, and vaccinated prior to adoption.
Adoption Process: We require all potential adopters to fill out an adoption application prior to setting up an appointment to visit with the cat(s). We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. If you call or email us, we will provide you with an application via email.
KITTEN POLICY: Unless otherwise indicated, all cats under the age of 3 must go into a home with another cat/kitten under the age of three or be adopted with a buddy. Ragdolls and Maine Coons are physically slow to mature, benefit greatly from the social interactions with another cat and often long for the companionship. Obviously, some young adults not raised around other cats or with more independent personalities may be exceptions to those rules, but that is up to the discretion of the Rescue to assess that need and is not negotiable. Special prices are made for buddy adoptions.
