My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pug/Beagle mix
Approx 2 years old

Cats unknown
Older kids 14+
I know….we think he’s ridiculously cute too. Patches was adopted from the Hartford pound by a very nice family who was excited to bring him in to their home as a new family member. Patches did great at first, but then started acting out towards the children in the home. He did bite on two occasions. We think Patches might have just been a little stressed out and insecure after all he had been through. This family asked for our help in rehoming him and so we recently took Patches in and put him in a foster home that is experienced with fearful small dogs. He is doing fantastic with her. She has had some friends come over with dog-savvy children 9+ and he did not show any fear aggression towards any of them. However to be safe we feel he should go in to a home with older children. Patches’ foster mom has nothing but wonderful things to say about him. He’s housebroken, he enjoys the company of her dogs and he wants nothing more than to sit on her lap and cuddle. Patches will be neutered the end of December and will be available for adoption after that time. Anyone interested please email kenwayscause@aol.com.
