Ruffles is about a young adult female terrier mix weighing around 15 pounds and believed born in May 2015. She is active and playful, but also loves to snuggle! She is up-to-date on vaccinations, spayed, crate-trained, and on monthly heartworm prevention. IADR rescued Ruffles from a crowded local city shelter. Ruffles would fit best in a home with other small dogs as she loves to play with others; large dogs are a challenge for her small size.
