Hazel's Story...
Hazel is a wonderful 2yr old little Pittie mix girl. She's about 5olbs. She is fully trained, house trained and good with most dogs and most cats. She has never been around small children so older children only as she doesn't really know what kids are so an adult home would be best for her. She is very well behaved and used to the home setting as she has been in a foster for quite a long time and also went through professional training, she is now ready for her forever home, come meet her anytime!

Hazel is spayed, up to date with all of her vaccines and preventatives, is heartworm negative, etc. She is located in Eliot, ME.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hazel, a Lebanon American Staffordshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Lebanon, or seeking a American Staffordshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Lebanon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lebanon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lebanon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lebanon paves the way for another one to be saved.
