My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi my name is Dobie! I am back after a short hold for being treated for Valley Fever and am feeling much better! I am a 10 month old black lab mix who absolutely loves people! I am very curious so I love to follow my people around and see what they are doing and if I can help in any way. I am extremely sweet and love to give hugs and kisses. I LOVE to play with my foster siblings and do pretty well with cats (sometimes I want to play with them but they run away from me instead). I am a pretty energetic pup so I will do best with a family that is home often and can take me for walks and play with me. I have done really well at going in my crate during the day and don't mind being in it. I have learned a few commands such as sit and stay so I am a pretty smart boy. I am pretty trustworthy so my foster parents let me sleep in a dog bed at night. I am still a pup so I will need some training but I am eager to please so I will be a quick learner! I am housebroken and walk fairly well on a leash but with some training I will be excellent! I also have the goofiest personality and will keep you smiling and laughing every day!
