My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Harry and his buddy Sally were found roaming a busy 4 lane road in Tomball, TX. His foster mom saw them as she was on her way to the store and when she came back they were a little further down so she had to stop. At first Sally wasn’t sure of her and Harry followed Sally wherever she went. So the foster mom slowly earned her trust, picked her up in to her Jeep and before she could get her tucked in, Harry jumped up too. Only problem was, the Jeep was lifted and Harry is a little guy, but he was hanging on b/c he almost made it in, and the foster mom freed one hand to give him an extra boost. Off they went to a home with a safe place for them to stay out of the weather and plenty of meals & love!

Harry is approximately 2 years old and 20 lbs. He has the body of a Dachshund and the wire like hair of a terrier mix. He is a happy go lucky boy that loves belly rubs. He is crate trained and happily goes right back in when it is time. He loves his buddy Sally and we would love for them to be adopted together but we would also adopt him out separately.

**Harry is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and doing very well in his foster home. He is ready to find his family to complete his transformation. If our sweet boy sounds like a perfect match for your family, please email us at pawhuggers@gmail.com for more information or to complete an adoption application please go to www.pawhuggers.org, hover over the Adoptables tab and then click on Adoption Application.
