Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Lance is a handsome 3 year old black and rust male. He crates quietly, is house trained, rides well in the car and hops into the bathtub for a cookie. This banana-thief is very food motivated which is helpful for training, he also sits nicely and waits to be released for his meals. He enjoys the female dogs in the household who are definitely in charge; but his great love are people, he is a Velcro boy and especially delights in ear and butt rubs. Lance came to us from a shelter, he was positive for heartworms, has been successfully treated and is a healthy boy now. He has beautifully adjusted to the good life and enjoys being active, going for walks and loops around the backyard. But Lance is also content watching over his backyard while lying on a dog bed in front of the patio door or just chewing away on an antler. He can get briefly excited when he is happy, so dog savvy children over 10 years old would be best.
Lance is deserving of and looking for a loving family of his own.
