Percy is a male Jack Russell Terrier mix only 1 year old. He is a little guy, weighing 10 pounds full grown. Percy is a perky boy with beautiful white and caramel coloring. He is very friendly and has a warm, affectionate personality. Percy will greet you at the door like a ray of sunshine with his pointy ears standing at attention. He is smart, adaptable, and attentive to his people. Percy plays great with other dogs and also with his human friends. He will even leave his warm bed or nap to play when asked or to entertain another pup. Percy is patient with younger puppies and will act like a bit of nanny to them. When he is done playing, Percy will look for a human to cuddle up with. He is non-demanding but will keep his people within eyesight at all times. Percy has yet to turn down a good snuggle, belly rub, or cuddle time. He will snuggle in tight and tuck his head right under your chin or on your shoulder. Percy is housebroken and prefers doing his business privately on the grass. He will also use potty pads if necessary. Percy is ready for a happy home where things are consistent and calm, with some fun play time thrown in. A nice puppy friend to play with would be fine too, although not necessary. He is going to make a wonderful, easy pet. Percy was rescued from a very high-volume high-kill shelter where he was brought in stray. He is a healthy boy, has been thoroughly vet checked, and is ready for his new forever loving home today!
Percy’s adoption donation is $425 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). He has been NEUTERED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is his collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of his records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
Percy is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteers, Phyllis and Richard and is ready for his forever home.
