Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Our precious ZuZu came all the way from Mississippi to find her happily ever after, and we are more than happy to help her out with that Christmas wish. ZuZu came from a high kill shelter, we have no idea if she had been a stray or an owner release, we do know they she was just too scared to stay in a shelter, she was simply overwhelmed. So, ZuZu came to us to settle into a home/family atmosphere and calm those nerves. Poor girl had been through so much and at such a young age, it takes an extra dose of TLC but it seems to be working. We are not sure on the breeds, it is a pretty good guess. These dogs are known as Velcro Vizsla's because of their loving nature, they will lean on their person, sit on their feet, anything to get close. ZuZu is all of that-and she hugs as well!! Once she knows you are OK and she feels safe with you she is your best friend. She loves the other dogs, in fact it was them that encouraged her to play in the snow(she had NO idea what that was!!!) But when she let her guard down she had a blast running and playing in the 9 inches that we got. (you can see more pics on our facebook page, Eye on the Sparrow). Zuzu is quiet, well mannered, loving and is looking for an active home that will understand her current fears. She is a year old, about 35 pounds. Her adoption fee is $299, please email Kristine at joysparrows@gmail.com.
