Vamp's Story...
My name is Vamp. My life was a rough one as my owner had neglected me terribly. Thankfully, I was rescued. I had a very bad case of Demo Mange that most of my hair was lost. I was very underweight and had intestinal parasites. I am also missing some teeth. Thanks to the loving care of my foster, my hair is growing back, I am putting on weight and have been on medication for the parasites which are gone now. I have more weight to put on still. My photo shows that I am still in the process of growing my hair back so I can start to look handsome again. Even though my foster mom says I am a good looking boy. I am very sweet, friendly and love my treats. I would make any family complete. I love being around people and sometimes think I am a lap dog. I love to be pet and hugged.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Vamp, a Lyndhurst Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Lyndhurst, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Lyndhurst.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lyndhurst already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lyndhurst breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lyndhurst paves the way for another one to be saved.
