Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Cleo, short for Cleopatra, is an amazingly sweet, funny and pesky puppy! She is finally learning how to play and run and romp for the first time in her short little life. She was tied up on a short rope with no food or water for who knows how long. So being with a pack of big brothers and sisters is the bestest fun in the world. She is smart as they come - she loves her treat dispensers that help occupy her mind and she has learned to use the doggy door without incident or will go on a potty pad if absolutely necessary. She is gaining weight and growing like a weed! As always I suggest puppy obedience classes because she will be a big dog in no time at all. Training will be a snap as she is so happy to please and she of course will be the talk of the classroom because of her beauty!
We would like to note that Cleo is VERY shy right now and an experienced adopter would be best to help her adjust to her new home and to learn to trust others.
Cleo is Good with Dogs, Good with Kids, Good with Adults, Somewhat vocal, Requires a yard, Likes to play with toys, Playful, Affectionate, Eager To Please, Intelligent, Goofy
Please note that we are a TX based rescue so all of our dogs are located in TX. We work with Rescue Roadtrips to transport our dogs to their new forever homes upon approval of adoption application. The reason we do this is because TX is a high-kill state due to it being over populated with unwanted dogs, but wonderful dogs, and finding homes in other states helps us to save more lives. Our adoption fee for the NE is $355 ($170 adoption and $185 transportation). You can find our application at www.krrtx.org/forms.
