Facts about ICE Blue

  • Breed: Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Husky Mix
  • Color: Black - With White
  • Age: Young
  • Size: Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)
  • Sex: Male
11/30/16 Ice Blue is a sweet boy around 1-2 years old. He appears to be some sort of Shepherd/Husky mix. He is a little shy at first but with some TLC, we are sure he will come around quickly.
With one blue eye he is very striking and will turn the ladies' heads! He walks well on a leash and is already becoming our new best friend at the rescue!

He is too thin right now but he is long legged so once he fills out he will be about 65 lbs.

About Texas Best Choices Animal Rescue

About Our Shelter...

We started rescuing dogs in 2001 and became a non profit animal rescue in 2006 out of the sheer need to save animals from the streets, and pick up the ones dropped at our doorstep. We promote spay/neuter, and last year found forever homes for 129 animals from our location, and adopted over 400 through off site adoption..

Donate to Our Shelter...

Find the Pay Pal Donate Button on our Petfinder page or Facebook page.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We are open 7 days a week by appointment. Weekends are preferred. Come see our waggin' tails and happy faces on 22 acres with large runs and a 5 acre play area. Email to ask for directions and to make an appt.

Our Adoption Process...

We have a simple contract ensuring that our rescue will be well taken care of, medically and physically, will never be tied or chained, and that a secure fenced area is provided for outdoor play. We want for each a loving home and to become part of a family. Every animal is up to date on shots and spay/neuter is required.
