JERRY's Story...
Poor little Jerry. This boy was abused and was so scared. However he has made quite a transformation in the month we have had him. Check out his video to see his before and after. Jerry needs a patient new owner to make him feel safe. He takes a little bit of time to warm up, but after a couple of days, he will attach to his new person. He is worth the small amount of patience it will take to earn his trust. He went from a dog who wouldn't even take a treat out of someone's hand, to wanting to snuggle up in someones lap and be loved on. So sweet! He gets along great with other dogs. We estimate Larry to be 2 years old. If you would like to meet Little Jerry, please email

Why Adoption is a Great Option

JERRY, a Las Vegas Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Las Vegas, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Las Vegas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Las Vegas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Las Vegas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Las Vegas paves the way for another one to be saved.
